Good afternoon Gems and Gents!!! Welcome to the weekend!!! You've made through another week and as we head into the weekend let's focus on those things that serve us best. My favorite "Ki-ism" that I tell my students often is "You create your own weather." I share this "Ki-ism"/mantra to encourage them to be the authors of there stories and build theor stamina in depending on themselves to create and control their own happiness and peace.
