Often times we find ourselves at a standstill in life due to our current situation/s. Don't let your circumstances dictate your destination. Life is meant to be full of ups and downs. Our overarching goal in life is to be able to both live and conquer those ups and downs. Our problems lie in how we RESPOND and not react to the ebbs and flows of life. Two great ways to respond to the ebbs and flows are to 1. Be solution oriented and 2. Have a growth mindset. By always looking at our situations and seeing how we can fix(conquer) our problem and understanding the lesson in the situation allows us not to be bogged down by our circumstances but encouraged by the possibilities for growth and understanding that the situation has actually afforded us!
