Customer Care Shipping And Processing Time

Thank you so much for shopping with Love Allure. We are extremely excited to serve you and can’t wait to see you wearing your Love Allure items. Please recognize that we process and ship orders from Houston, TX. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for specialty items and pre-order pieces may take longer, and you will be notified. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.  We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $45 via UPS Mail Innovations (delivered with USPS).

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Refund Exchange & Store Credit Policy

All sales are final, however If your item/s is less than perfect upon arrival, we want to know so we can make it right!  Send a photo to the thelove_Allure@gmail.com, and our CARE Team will get back to you with a solution. We’re here to help Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm (Central). 

Oh no!!! You’re not completely obsessed with your purchase, don’t fret! ...You have 24hrs from the time you receive it to REQUEST A STORE CREDIT.

Requesting A Store Credit Is Simple, Here's How:

1.  Are you within the 24-hour timeframe from when your order was received? If yes, move to Step 2. If no, unfortunately, you will not be able to request a store credit.

2.  Was your item on sale or purchased using a discount code? Was it a specialty item? If no, move to Step 3. If yes, unfortunately, you will not be able to request a store credit. 

3.  Email theloveallure@gmail.com with your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, and your reason for returning. 

4.  Wait patiently for an email reply with your return authorization number and instructions on where to send your return. (*please allow up to 72 hours for a return authorization email).

5.  Once you get your return authorization email, head to your favorite shipping carrier and send the item(s) back to us. You will need to purchase a shipping label. Love Allure is not responsible for shipping cost.

6.  Once your item(s) has been received, we will email you your store credit redemption info within 72- hours and 8-10 business days for newly selected item/s.

Requesting A Store Credit Is Simple, Here's How:

·  Love Allure will not process a credit for requests submitted after 3 days from receiving your order.

·  Love Allure will not process a credit if item(s) appears to have been worn. Store credit is only issued if the item(s) is returned unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.), and with any/all product tags still attached.

·  Specialty items, Sale items, items purchased using discount/promo code, swimwear/lingerie, and accessories (including books) are final sale

·  You can use your store credit on ANYTHING at theloveallure.com and it NEVER expires.  

·  All shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

·  Items purchased using a free shipping option are subject to a $15 restock fee that will be deducted from your store credit.

·  We recommend you track your returned packages and/or buy insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that get lost in the mail 

·  Your return authorization number is only valid for 3 days. Any returns received after 3 days it will not be accepted.

·   Love Allure will ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT. No exchange or refunds. No exceptions
